Tilth has teamed up with OSM Eats to create an updated commercial kitchen at the heart of the market area.
OSM Eats
Old School Market (or OSM, pronounced “awesome”) makes fresh pizza, vegan dishes and baked goods in our kitchen to offer you freshly prepared take-out food year-round. See the menu on their Facebook page: OSM Eats.
They are open during the Sunday Market and Saturday and Sunday year-round from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Starting February 2024 OSM is also open evenings from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday through SundayContact them at 360-935-0622.
Member Kitchen Access
The Tilth kitchen is available Monday through Wednesday to Tilth members to process produce or have a class. Contact David Prisbrey for availability.
