Lone Creek Farm

Lone Creek Farm is a one acre farm sustainably growing fresh flowers, specialty produce, plant starts, and dried florals at our home farm in Clinton and on a leased plot at Tilth. Farmer/owner Ida Gianopulos has been growing in the Tilth Community Garden since 2014. Find Lone Creek Farm at the Tilth Farmers’ Market with flowers, specialty veggies and seasonal plant starts.

Open during the Tilth Holiday Market in November and other special events as announced.
