South Whidbey Tilth Annual Meeting

  • Front Room upstairs at the Bayview Cash Store 5603 Bayview Road Langley, WA, 98260 United States (map)

Water for Agriculture

John Lovie is a leader in the world of water quality and marine resource conservation here on Whidbey Island. Our annual membership meeting opens with his presentation on Water for Agriculture. John has been an avid volunteer, dedicating countless hours as part of community science organizations and community-driven boards to improve the water quality, coastal resources and health of Island County. In 2023 he was awarded the Sound Water Stewards Jan Holmes Award.

A short business meeting will follow the presentation where we will elect new council members. Only members in good standing may vote at the meeting. Non-members are also welcome to stay for the meeting and participate in the potluck.

There is no kitchen available, but there will be tables laid out for everyone’s contribution. Attendees who would like to partake need to bring their own plate and utensils. Coffee, tea and water will be provided.

This is a hybrid event. To get the Zoom link, email info@southwhidbeytilth.org. Anyone with symptoms of cold, flu or Covid, we ask that you join us virtually.
