Become a Vendor - Open enrollment until full
Do you have something you would like to sell at the Tilth Farmers Market? Regular vendors pay $45 for the season and guest vendors pay $10 per Sunday (up to $50). Vendors also pay a commission to Tilth each Sunday: 5% of sales for farm products, and 10% of gross sales for value-added and craft products (up to $75). For all the details, see the Market Policy.
If you are interested, please email the market manager, market@southwhidbeytilth.org to be sure your product fits. You may be asked for photos, copies of business license and necessary permits. Once approved, submit a Vendor Agreement and payment via postmail to South Whidbey Tilth, Attn. Market Manager, PO Box 252, Langley, WA 98260.
Sell at the Community Produce Booth
Do you have island-grown produce, plants, or farm products that you’d like to sell without having your own booth space?
We welcome growers to bring their produce each week to our Community Produce Booth. A Tilth volunteer will sell the produce, and you receive 80% of the sales.
All items need to be grown organically–with organic pesticides and organic fertilizers, and harvested according the WSDA 90-120-Day rule.
To participate, download the Community Produce Form. If you have questions, contact our volunteer at market@southwhidbeytilth.org.
Volunteer at the Market
Every week, a group of volunteers will set up, help at the market, and help with take down. Volunteers can sign up for as much or as little time as works for them. There is a whole group of us, and it can be great fun! If you are interested, please sign up for a date and task via SignupGenius.
